    I've had several Sports Research supplements in the past and I have never been disappointed. Their biotin and collagen are two of my regulars. I ordered this blood balance supplement to help me with circulation, as I have had issues with arms falling asleep lately while I've been sleeping. These did help a little bit with that, though I think it's mostly my arm position after I move around in my sleep. It's a little too early to judge effectiveness for sure, but I did notice a slight positive change after just a day of use. Lastly, the capsules are easy to take...you just swallow them with some food. I am glad it is that method instead of many supplements that you need to take with 8-12oz of water. Overall, I am happy with the order!
