    Quality fish oil

    The recommended dosage for these fish oil capsules is 4 per day, however I only usually take 2 with a meal once a day. Despite a fishy smell when cracking open the bottle, I have not noticed fishy tastes or burps when using this product. They seem to work with maintaing a clearer focus throughout the day, and I believe I can tell when I forget to take then for a couple days. I would recommended this product.
