    Great Product, Wrong LABEL!

    *NOTE* This version of Keto Plus is + MCT oil.The version listed here is Keto Plus + Amino Acids....big difference!Check out my label v.s. the one on here. They got the wrong label with the wrong amounts. Thought I was getting 20 calories, instead it's 80 and more carbs (4 vs. 1...but, the net carbs = 0, so...) Must have been an earlier version or something.Thought I was getting 30 servings.... instead I get 20. Thought it was 10.1 grams per serving....but it's 23.8.Did one shot at 1/2 serving. Felt great. Super energy...but note that I've been strict keto for over 3 weeks and am definitely in ketosis. Was curious how this would affect my Saturday deadlift routine, and am here to report that 1/2 scoop made a big difference! Felt strong, plenty of juice in the tank....and we are talking ketones here..... specifically BHB. And, that, with only carbs from a 4 egg omlet.....But it does seem this version of Keto Plus is calling for double of the advertised label. So, the 1/2 serving is actually the full serving on the Dropy site label. I'm not sure, and could not find, how much BHB you need for a boost, but a half scoop is around 6 grams or so & the rest MCT...Do I actually need the full 12 grams of BHB? Dunno, but....that did the trick for sure. Not sure what a full scoop would bring. But with MCT oil in it, and me not use to it, wasn't going to experiment, lol.Now this stuff does taste very good. Prolly a bit sweet for those who are hard core keto. Very chalky, mixes well, but careful getting the scoop out of the jar..... you'll get this stuff everywhere because it's so light. I got the results I was hoping for..... plenty of oomph for the weights, which was hard to do on low carbs and, since I'm new to this. But wow.... the power of ketones!Dr. Dom D'Agastino says that ketones should be declared a 4th macro nutrient, along with fats, carbs & protein.I don't know how this would work for someone on a high carb diet. You need to investigate how the interaction would affect you. I know being on less than 50 carbs/day for the past 4 weeks and taking this stuff had a major impact on my workout.With the 1/2 scoops, I should get over 40 hits..... as long as I get that same energy kick. Can[t imagine what a full shot would do....oh, the urine test strips turned a nice shade of purple after about an hour or so, and that was darker than before taking the dose...... Interesting since the strips don't test for BHB, but somehow, this triggers your body to go deeper into ketosis it seems. Most likely due to the MCT oil, which triggers the liver to produce ketones, I think.So far...so good! I like that this brand has a more balanced BHB salt profile.....including the all-important potassium. I'll definitely be buying more. I can get away with good workouts and next to no carbs and get the same results. Amazing*June 4 Update*I love this stuff! Don't know how I can work out now without it. 4 months keto now.... this stuff is the bomb. Makes such a big difference. Hope it gets back in stock soon.I'm only taking about 10-13 grams and it's good enough for a boost. So I can extend the servings.... no sense taking in more than you need.

    Almost deeeep into ketosis

    Started this product yesterday. Also started keto(again) 3 days ago. First was taken 3 hours after I drank my ketones. Second pic was today (24 hours after first test) and I'm loving the results of my levels. Did a hard (for me 😂) workout including Pilates and speed walking for an hour. Can't wait to see results. Every other time I've done keto I've never worked out. I'm serious about seeing some change this time so along with these ketones I will be crushing it every morning ♥️ the taste is great, tastes like pink lemonade but it's not tangy. Did make me run to the bathroom only once this morning but I'm all good now. Have a good level of energy to keep me going on with my day.

    Flavor

    I had read that it didn't taste well. I think it might have been a bad batch. My batch tasted good (strawberry lemonade) it helps me with those two extra hours that I need for intermittent fasting in the mornings. Once you eat, it doesn't really work.
