Excellent price and quality
I've been using this product now for a few months. It last a long time.Still have plenty left.No taste. I take it on the morning with my other supplements. I don't take it after because my bcaa had glutamine in it which I drink during my workouts. Excellent price

Mixes Easily - Good Clean Product
I have been taking L-Glutamine for probably close to 20 years. My back surgeon and nutritionist had both recommended it to help alleviate build-up of lactic acid in my muscles, and to help with overall gut health. So, I'm always on the lookout for a nice quality supplement. This Sports Research brand appears be a great product. It mixes easily in water, is basically unflavored, and I can feel it working within about 10 minutes of taking it on an empty stomach. For 100 servings this is a pretty reasonable value in my opinion, and it seems to be working well for me so far.
