    sach batau toh bina soche le liya tha bas k2 try karna tha, par ab daily use me maza aa raha hai, calcium ko bones tak bhejta hai bina kisi artificial filler ke, plantgel capsule hone ki vajah se swallow karne me bhi koi issue nahi hota.
