  I have been using H2Tab, but the price tag is tough to swallow. This new option from Sports Research is a massive win, coming in at around 67 cents a tablet compared to the full dollar per tab of H2Tab. Both brands offer 12ppm of molecular hydrogen and 80mg of magnesium per serving. Whether you believe in the health benefits of drinking hydrogen water or not, paying significantly less for the exact same active ingredients is a no-brainer. These tablets dissolve incredibly fast. I captured the rapid, cloudy reaction in a few seconds after dropping one in. The taste profile is a pleasant surprise. It is a bit sweeter than H2Tab, which makes it easier to chug down quickly. It does still carry that familiar, slightly chalky smell while it fizzes, but H2Tab does too. If you are looking for a high-concentration hydrogen supplement without the boutique brand markup, this is a great alternative.

  Great hydration tablets! 💦

  I enjoyed these! They dissolved nicely and had a light pleasant taste. Love that they are individually sealed and easy to pop in a glass of water. This is such a good deal and a great way to get hydrated.
