    Effectively Increases Vitamin D Levels

    After getting lab results back, my Vitamin D was low. It was 28 ng/mL when the normal range is 30-80 ng/mL. My doctor prescribed me 50,000 units of Vitamin D2. After taking that for 10 months I got another blood test and found that my levels had actually dropped to 23 ng/mL. I did the research and found this Vitamin D3 and learned that vitamin D3 is more easily absorbed and effective at raising vitamin D levels. To get to the same 50,000 units I took this Sports Research Vitamin D3 once a day and added an additional three times a week for a total of 10 pills a week. I'm happy to report that after 10 months of doing this regimen my vitamin D levels have jumped up to 56 ng/mL and are in the normal range now. I highly recommend this as an alternative to prescribed vitamin D.
