    Very happy with these. Great for you, no tummy upset

    I do take zinc daily. It helps keep your immune system functioning well, and as a hypothyroid person, zinc helps my thyroid to not completely crash. I really liked this supplement. These also have coconut oil in them. Coconut oil has so many health benefits, it was nice to see it included here. Despite being larger than I prefer, the pills were pretty easy to swallow, and there was no stomach upset. I would definitely buy these again.
