    Completely makes you lose inches! When done correctly! Because I am busy throughout most of my day I just wear mine to bed. I thought that you were only suppose to wear it for a couple of hours at a time ( Thats only for the first wrap) I highly propose that you wear them for 8 hours if there are no reactions to the wrap. Make sure you read ALL instructions because I made the mistake of reading part of them and not leaving the wrap on long plenty for 4 of my wraps. Yes the smell of seaweed is not remarkably appealing BUT if you are serious about losing an inch or more from your body this is the way to go! Dont eat junk like sugar when doing this... JUST READ INSTRUCTIONS :-)
