FAQs
Why is my hamster wheel so loud?
Standard pet wheels often use low quality plastic axles that squeak and wobble when friction increases. This wheel features advanced dual ball bearings that reduce friction and vibration, delivering completely silent rotation even during high speed night running.
What size wheel is best for dwarf hamsters and gerbils?
An eight point seven inch wheel is an ideal size for dwarf hamsters, mice, and small gerbils. It provides a wide enough track to ensure their backs remain straight while running, preventing long term spinal injuries.
Can this wheel be installed in an acrylic or glass tank?
Yes, this versatile exercise wheel features three installation methods. It can be placed directly on the floor of a glass tank using its heavy anti slip stand, or mounted directly onto acrylic walls using the secure attachment mechanism.
Is the Stinzgie hamster wheel available in India an authentic imported product?
Yes, all premium pet products on Dropy are authentic USA imports. We source this silent exercise wheel directly from verified distributors in the USA and ship it directly to pet parents across India.
How do I clean this exercise wheel safely?
The wheel is made of smooth, water resistant plastic that is easy to wipe down. Use a damp cloth with mild, pet safe soap to clean the running track, taking care not to submerge the dual bearings directly in water to maintain their longevity.
