FAQs
What is the difference between king and oversized king duvet?
Standard king duvet covers typically measure around 104 by 90 inches, whereas an oversized king duvet cover measures a much larger 120 by 120 inches. This extra width and length ensure that the bedding drapes fully over the sides of deep mattresses, completely covering the mattress sides and bed frames.
Can I put an oversized king duvet in a king duvet cover?
No, an oversized 120x120 inch duvet insert will not fit properly inside a standard king duvet cover. Attempting to force it inside will cause severe bunching, clumping, and an uneven sleeping surface. You must pair an oversized insert with a matching 120x120 inch oversized cover.
Is there an oversized king duvet?
Yes, oversized king duvets and comforters exist specifically for extra large custom beds or for deep pocket standard king beds. They are designed to prevent the common problem of couples tugging for covers and to hide visible mattress edges.
Is this STWIENER duvet cover an authentic USA import available in India?
Yes, this is an authentic STWIENER product imported directly from the USA. Dropy India sources these premium, hard-to-find oversized bedding essentials directly from authorized American suppliers to ensure Indian consumers receive genuine international quality.
Does this product include matching pillow shams or the comforter insert?
This product is a 1 piece standalone duvet cover only. The package includes one oversized white duvet cover; the interior comforter insert and matching pillow shams are sold separately.
