FAQs
How long to wear a Recovery Suit after spay?
Most veterinarians recommend keeping the recovery suit on your cat for 10 to 14 days following a spay or neuter surgery. This is the typical timeframe required for the abdominal incision and skin sutures to fully close and heal without risk of infection.
Are cat surgery recovery suits good?
Yes, they are highly recommended by veterinarians. Unlike rigid plastic collars that cause stress, impair vision, and hinder eating, a soft recovery suit allows your cat to move, sleep, and eat naturally while keeping wounds securely protected.
Can a cat use the litter box while wearing the Suitical Recovery Suit?
Absolutely. The suit is specifically tailored to the feline anatomy with a specialized opening under the tail, allowing most cats to use the litter box cleanly and comfortably without needing the garment removed.
Is this Suitical Recovery Suit authentic and imported to India?
Yes, absolutely. Dropy India directly sources and imports the genuine Suitical brand from the USA, ensuring that you receive a high-quality, authentic medical-grade recovery suit for your pet's safe healing.
How do I choose the correct size for my cat?
Measure your cat from the base of the neck to the start of the tail. This Triple Extra Extra Small (3XS) size is designed for smaller cats and kittens with a neck-to-tail length of 11.4 to 14.6 inches and a chest circumference of 23 to 34 inches.
