    Hydrating Peel Serum Fades Dark Spots for Glowing, Even Skin

    I wanted to try the Kojic Acid Peel Shot Serum because I used the Kojic Turmeric Capsule Brightening Cleanser & after I finished it, my skin tone started evening out. It helped fade the lighter acne scars on my face, so I wanted to continue evening my combination skin (but mostly oily) out. I prefer K-beauty products that use kojic acid and rice water to fade dark spots without the irritation that harsh treatments like hydroquinone cause.Product UseAfter cleansing and drying my skin, I filled up the dropper as much as it would fill, about 3/4 of the way. I did this 2x and then easily spread the serum on my face, which has a very lightweight texture. ItΚ»s not greasy or sticky at all. It has a very mild, citrusy scent that smells nice. I lightly massaged it all over my face (leaning over the sink to catch anything that falls off). Then I washed it off with lukewarm water. I applied it mostly at night, focusing on my dark spots. It felt hydrating, not tight or drying like some other acid-based products.My skin felt smoother right away in the mornings, due to the chemical exfoliation by the blend of AHA/BHA/PHA. My skin also felt more hydrated thanks to the Hyaluronic Acid and Rice Water, and was starting to look brighter thanks to the Kojic Acid and Rice Water. In the next week of use, my skin definitely looked brighter. My skin was more balanced and I wasn't getting skin flaking off of my dry spots anymore. I didn't experience any redness, irritation, or peeling at all. This formula is extremely well formulated. I'm starting my 3rd week with this serum and I'm excited to continue to see results.ConclusionThis is an amazing daily brightening serum.
