  1. For use as a laxative: Adults and children 12 years and over should take 1 to 3 tablespoons, usually at bedtime.
  2. Children 6 to under 12 years should take 1 to 3 teaspoons, usually at bedtime.
  3. Do not take before bed, if you are pregnant, have difficulty swallowing, or are giving it to children under 6 without medical advice.
  4. Do not use for longer than one week continuously.

    Decent stuff at decent cost.

    The biggest plus of this particular product is that it is exactly what it says, without claiming some "specific use" that inflates it's price. A perfect example of where generic is best. Unless you like paying more for a fancy bottle or the placebo effect that comes with it claiming "salad bowl oil".My use is a bit esoteric - I used it to oil 500 poker chips I bought. Clay chips in particular get a nice muted shine to them when you oil them and mineral oil is the perfect thing for that. I probably wasn't as careful as I could have been in trying to prevent waste, but even so, I was able to thoroughly oil 500 chips with only about 1/3 of the bottle. I now have 2/3 of a bottle for whatever other thing I might need mineral oil for and it didn't break the bank. Thanks, Swan!Also, this oil washes off easily with Dawn dish soap, so clean up is a breeze.
