Description
The Swax Lax Power Weights are an innovative training accessory designed to transform any men's, women's, or goalie's lacrosse stick into a powerful muscle-building tool. Engineered to precision weights between 212 and 220 grams, this tool mimics the weight distribution of roughly one and a half lacrosse balls right where it matters most on the stick head.
By strapping securely onto the upper throat and head area rather than the shaft, it delivers resistance without interfering with your pocket or shaft mechanics. Players can seamlessly practice shooting, passing, catching, scooping, dodging, and footwork while building critical strength in the arms, wrists, and shoulders.
Ideal for use with rebounders and all standard or training lacrosse balls, this tool helps athletes develop superior muscle memory and enhanced confidence that translates directly into regular game play.
How to use
- Strap the Power Weights securely onto the head and upper throat area of your lacrosse stick using the Velcro fasteners.
- Ensure the weight is positioned near the pocket without interfering with the strings or shaft.
- Use the weighted stick for routine passing, catching, ground balls, dodging, and shooting drills, then remove the weights to experience enhanced speed and control during regular play.
