FAQs
Can you put a bird on a leash?
Yes, you can safely use a specialized harness or foot leash designed for birds to allow them outdoor exercise. It is essential to choose an automatically stretching, anti bite leash that prevents sudden jolts to protect their delicate limbs. Always supervise your pet closely during outdoor training.
Which bird species are compatible with this training kit?
This comprehensive Swirge kit comes with five uniquely sized ankle rings, making it perfect for a wide range of small and medium birds. It fits budgies, cockatiels, green cheeked parakeets, crested mynas, and mini macaws comfortably.
How does the automatic stretching function protect my bird?
When the manual lock button is not engaged, the inner spring mechanism allows the line to pull out smoothly as your bird flies. This elastic responsiveness eliminates sudden, harsh stops that could otherwise strain or injure your bird's leg or claw.
Is this Swirge bird flight harness available as an authentic USA import in India?
Yes, this product is an authentic USA import made available directly to Indian pet parents through Dropy. We source our inventory directly from verified suppliers in the United States to guarantee genuine quality.
