How to use
- Wash your hands thoroughly before handling.
- Choose the appropriate absorbency for your flow.
- Unwrap the tampon and pull the inner tube outward until it clicks.
- Gently insert the applicator into the vagina at a slight upward angle until your fingers touch your body, then push the inner tube all the way in to release the tampon.
- Pull out the applicator and discard it properly, leaving the clean withdrawal string outside your body.
- Remove and replace every four to eight hours maximum.
