Seems to be helping with my energy levels!
First thing I thought when ordering this 240 count bottle of moringa capsules was what a good value it is!The serving size is 2 capsules per day, so that would make this bottle last for 4 months, if you took it as it suggests and at the current price I found it to be a good deal! I was also happy to see that it is said to be GMO-free and that it's manufactured in the USA.However, what really made it stand out to me was the fact that it states that it has 92+ vitamins & minerals, 46 powerful antioxidants, and all 9 essential amino acids. Seeing this, I thought to myself this is what I been looking for! I been feeling rather tired and sluggish this winter and could really use a good quality multivitamin that actually does what it claims! I had never taken Moringa before now and I really wish I had! (If that is indeed, what has improved how I have been feeling)I will say this, I have also added a couple of other supplements to my regimen but something has put a little pep in my step just recently and looking over the few supplements that I added over the last 2 or so months, I would think this would be what's been responsible for giving me that little boost of energy I so desperately needed! It seems to be pretty effective overall, from what I can tell so far! With that being said, I will continue to take this supplement and if it continues to improve my energy levels, I will be adding it onto my "permanent" list of supplements!
