Description
Take your vertical marble construction to the next level with the Thames And Kosmos Gecko Run Marble Run Loop Expansion Pack. Designed for young engineers and curious minds, this expansion adds a dynamic loop-the-loop stunt to your existing vertical setup.
By utilizing innovative nano-adhesive pads that function like microscopic suction cups, these tracks attach securely to smooth, vertical surfaces such as doors, windows, and cabinets without requiring messy glues or damaging residues. This unique system eliminates the need for bulky support structures, allowing you to build higher, wider, and more creatively with fewer parts.
Perfect for children aged eight and older, this kit encourages the development of critical engineering, physics, and problem-solving skills as users experiment with speed, trajectory, and momentum. The components are crafted from sustainable materials, making this an environmentally conscious choice for interactive learning.
Whether you are aiming to create a complex high-speed course or exploring the fundamentals of motion, this loop expansion provides the versatility needed to transform any smooth surface into an engaging marble raceway. This set is designed specifically to complement the Gecko Run Starter Set for endless hours of educational entertainment.
How to use
- To use, first ensure the surface is clean and smooth.
- Peel the protective film from the nano-adhesive pads and press them firmly onto the back of the track pieces.
- Position the tracks on your chosen vertical surface, adjusting the angle and curve to ensure the marble maintains sufficient speed to successfully navigate the loop.
- The pads can be repositioned as needed; if they lose tackiness, simply wipe them with a damp microfiber cloth to restore their suction capability.
