FAQs
How to protect carpet under door from cat scratching?
Placing a dedicated heavy-duty plastic mat like this PVC protector directly under your door frame stops pets from accessing the fabric. The tough barrier naturally deters clawing while keeping the underlying fibers safe from damage.
What can I put on my carpet so my cat won't scratch?
A thick, clear PVC carpet saver is the most effective solution. It provides a slick, unbendable surface that cats cannot grip or shred, quickly breaking their scratching habits in that specific area.
Can this pet floor mat be used on hard wood floors?
This specific model features a spiked backing designed exclusively to grip into carpet fibers and stay secure. It is not recommended for hardwood or tiled floors as the spikes could cause scratches on hard surfaces.
Is the THAMIAO carpet protector available on Dropy India authentic?
Yes, absolutely. Dropy India sources this product directly from the USA to ensure you receive a 100 percent authentic imported item that meets international quality standards.
Will this clear plastic guard shift when my large dog walks over it?
No, it will remain steady. The mat is engineered with a special non-slip textured top alongside deep carpet-gripping spikes underneath to handle daily pet traffic and heavy scratching without sliding.
