Since it is water soluble, it can be depleted in a few hours... Sometimes I take 100mg at a time. I think it's helping me. Strong garlic flavor if you open the small capsule, but no body odor consequences.Thiamine status is largely influenced by carbohydrate intake, You'll need a proportional dietary supply of B1 to match your metabolic demand.
