The Then I Met You Golki Sculpt & Lift Guasha Roller is a premium dual-ended facial massage tool expertly crafted from high-quality, weighted zinc alloy metal. Inspired by traditional Korean Golki methods and Chinese gua sha practices, this tool provides a cooling, smooth touch to refresh and revitalize tired skin. Perfect for skincare enthusiasts looking to elevate their daily self-care ritual, it features a dual-sided design with a facial roller on one end to depuff and a flat, sculpted gua sha edge on the other to contour.
When used alongside your favorite serums, moisturizers, or facial oils, this face massager helps boost product absorption while promoting lymphatic drainage and relieving deep facial muscle tension. Regular use helps to visibly define the jawline, reduce bloating, and lift the cheekbones for a more sculpted and radiant complexion. Designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin, this durable and ergonomic tool is ideal for both home routines and travel skincare. Experience a spa-like facial contouring routine that eases stress and enhances your natural beauty.

This Then I Met You Golki Sculpt & Lift tool was one of those purchases where I opened the box and immediately thought, "Oh⦠this is actually really nice."The first thing you notice is the weight. Because it's metal, it feels solid and substantial in your hand - not lightweight or gimmicky. That weight actually helps when you're using it. It glides over the skin with very little pressure, which is important, especially around the eyes. And even at room temperature, it has that naturally cool feel that's instantly soothing. I don't even bother refrigerating it most of the time.I really like that it's dual-ended because it replaces having multiple tools lying around. The roller side is my go-to in the mornings. I'll use it under my eyes and along my cheekbones when I feel puffy, and it makes a noticeable difference. It's smaller and more precise than a lot of face rollers I've tried, so it's easier to get into the inner corners and delicate areas without awkward angles. It rolls smoothly too - no tugging. The sculpting / gua sha end is great along the jawline and neck. When I use gentle upward strokes, it feels like it makes me feel relaxed. The "lifted" look is temporary, of course, but there's definitely a subtle tightening effect when you're a little puffy. I usually apply a serum or moisturizer first so there's enough slip, then spend a minute or two using it. It feels relaxing and helps distribute product evenly at the same time. One thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to clean. Since it's metal, there's no worrying about porosity or chipping like with stone tools. I just wash it with mild soap and warm water, dry it off, and that's it. The little pouch it comes with is also a nice extra, especially for travel.Unexpected bonus: my husband started using it too. He mainly likes it for applying moisturizer and the cooling effect, and now it's one of those small tools we both reach for because it's simple and actually fits into everyday life.Overall, it feels well made, thoughtfully designed, and genuinely enjoyable to use. It's not a miracle device, but for puffiness and a quick moment of "at-home spa," it's been a great addition.

This is such a great gua sha tool for everyday use. I noticed right away that it was slightly compact so you could take it when you travel or if you wanted to slip it into a makeup or gym bag to use it anywhere, but it's not so tiny that it's strictly a travel-sized tool. The handle is so clever because it's shaped like a gua sha tool so you can use that end on sculpting counters of the face. But the roller is so nice for rolling on skincare products or rolling onto the jawline or forehead. And it's metal, so there is little chance of me breaking it by dropping it on the floor. It's in the mid-priced range at $29 USD (at the time of the review), but I do think it'll last a long time as it seems to be of great quality. Such an innovative product!
I really love this roller! I put it in the freezer to deputy and guasha my face in the morning and it is perfect (just make sure you wait a couple minutes so you don't burn your skin). The material is super sanitary and easy to wash. And the best part of this is the size! It is the perfect size to get into smaller parts of the face and really press in to sculpt. This is the perfect gift for a skincare fanatic or a newbie!

A face roller helps to quickly reduce puffiness and boost circulation, while a gua sha tool is designed to sculpt facial contours, define the jawline, and release deep muscle tension.
Regular use of a gua sha tool helps promote lymphatic drainage and tone facial muscles, which can reduce fluid retention under the chin and make the jawline appear more defined.
Yes, facial massage rollers work effectively to stimulate blood flow, minimize swelling, and cool the skin, providing a temporary lifting and depuffing effect.
