I get dry eyes from auto-immune diseases and/or blurry eyes from my complicated migraines. These drops help in both scenarios. My eyes may still hurt, but it is more nerve pain than eye dryness. The sandy or itchy feeling is relieved with these drops and I carry them on me at all times because I never know when I will need them.
