FAQs
Which is better, a sherpa or a fleece blanket?
A sherpa blanket is generally warmer and thicker because it features a dual-layer design with a smooth fleece top and a wool-like underside. Standard fleece blankets are lighter and single-layered, making sherpa the better option for maximum winter warmth.
Are sherpa blankets worth it?
Yes, sherpa blankets are highly worth it due to their superior insulation properties, exceptional softness, and long-lasting durability. They provide the cozy weight of wool without the scratchiness or difficult maintenance requirements.
Is sherpa fleece warmer than fleece?
Yes, sherpa fleece is significantly warmer than regular fleece because it mimics the heat-trapping capabilities of natural sheepskin. The textured, curly pile creates an effective thermal barrier against cold air.
Is this TILLYOU kids blanket an authentic USA import available in India?
Yes, this is a 100% authentic TILLYOU product imported directly from the USA. Dropy India sources all personal care and lifestyle items directly from trusted American channels to guarantee genuine quality for Indian consumers.
Does this sherpa blanket shed or pill after being washed?
No, this blanket is engineered with high-density premium stitching that locks the sherpa fibers firmly to the base fabric. It remains lint-free, does not pill, and retains its original fluffy texture even after multiple machine wash cycles.
