FAQs
Are bassinet sheets necessary?
Yes, bassinet sheets are necessary to keep the mattress clean and provide a comfortable, hygienic surface for your baby to sleep on. Using a fitted sheet that is specifically designed for your bassinet ensures a safe and secure fit that prevents bunching.
What size sheets fit a rectangle bassinet?
Most universal bassinet sheets are designed with stretchy fabric and strong elastic to accommodate standard dimensions. These sheets typically fit mattresses up to 21 inches by 35 inches, covering a variety of rectangle, oval, and hourglass shapes.
How snug should bassinet sheets be?
Bassinet sheets should fit very snugly over the mattress. There should be no loose fabric or gaps between the sheet and the mattress, as a tight, secure fit is essential for maintaining a safe sleep environment for your infant.
