Torriden Wonder Pop duo
I'm a bit of a skin care junkie and love Torriden products. For reference, my skin is on the dry/dehydrated side and "mature" (ha - I'm in my early 40s), so I'm always looking for thick, super rich moisturizers and anything hydrating I can slather on my face. I occasionally experience perioral dermatitis flare-ups and I also rotate actives like tretinoin, various AHAs, and azelaic acid in my routine. Living in the Midwest (currently cold and dry here) certainly doesn't help the state of my skin barrier! As a result, I'm prone to flaking, dryness, and irritation. This set is a great duo for soothing and moisturizing. It includes: Dive-in HA serum: I've been a huge fan of this since I got a full-size bottle earlier this summer. It's replaced other HA products I used to use (C-sRx Hydrium Watery Toner and TO Marine Hyaluronics) because Torriden's version contains HA, plus a host of other humectants, skin-soothing, and moisturizing ingredients like glycerin, panthenol, allantoin, betaine, madecassoside, ceramide NP, and cholesterol. The texture is not as watery as the other two - more like a gel-serum. No scent or stickiness. It feels soothing and refreshing on my skin. This one does pill a tiny bit if I'm too heavy-handed with application, but otherwise it doesn't interfere with any makeup, sunscreen, or skincare I use. Balanceful Cream: This is definitely thicker and more rich than some gel-creams I've tried before. It also contains a bunch of hydrating and soothing ingredients like glycerin, panthenol, centella, madecassoside, allantoin, hyaluronic acid, betaine, and triglycerides. It feels so cooling, soothing, smooth, and luxurious on skin and leaves a silky finish behind. No scent. Although I love how it feels on my skin, it isn't rich enough for me during winter months. I'll need to pair it with a more occlusive moisturizer on top during the winter (but it will be perfect alone in summer!). I imagine if you have more normal/oily or combo skin, this will suffice on its own. This set is a great value for the size of products it includes. The serum is generously sized at 1.69 oz, but the cream is only 0.67 oz. The serum alone retails for $22.50, and this set is $26 currently, so you're able to try the cream for an additional $3.50. If you are looking for a hydrating/soothing duo, need relief from actives, or are already a fan of the Dive-in serum and want to try the Balanceful cream, this is a great choice!

Torriden is one of my favorite skincare brands and I was so excited to see two of my absolute favorite products bundled together in the Holiday Wonder Pop Duo gift set! This set comes in a cute holiday box that is the perfect size for a stocking stuffer. It includes a full-size Dive In Serum and a travel size Balanceful Cream. The Dive In Serum is good for everyday use and it truly provides that extra layer of hydration that my skin needs. It has a gel-based consistency, my skin absorbs it very well, and it doesn't leave a sticky residue behind. It provides a good base and is versatile enough to be used with any moisturizer. The Balanceful Cream is a gel-based moisturizer and my skin loves it! I once got an eczema flare up from a face cream that my skin didn't like. My skin was bright red, and I immediately grabbed my Torriden Balanceful Toner Pads and Torriden Balanceful Cream. The 5D Cica Complex is so soothing to my skin, and these products reduced the redness by 50% immediately upon application, and after two hours, there was no redness at all. The Balanceful Cream gives me very reliable results, and I think this is a phrase that is overused, but I don't know how else to say it - It gives me glass skin results. My complexion looks more clear, even toned, fresh, more youthful, and I have a natural glow. This is the product that I reach for when I want to go make-up free but still look my best. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and hydrated. The current price of $16.99 is an amazing deal and I would recommend this gift set to anyone!
