I love Korean skincare, so I wanted to try this barrier cream and see how it worked for my skin. After using it for a few weeks, I would say it is a decent cream overall. The texture is nice and it feels gentle on my sensitive skin without causing irritation. It helps my skin feel calm and hydrated, especially when I use it as part of my nighttime routine. I like layering it over my serums before bed because it sits comfortably on the skin. However, it is not as moisturizing as the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast cream that I usually use. For Colorado's dry weather, I feel it provides some moisture but may not be rich enough on its own during very dry days. Overall, it is a good product that works well for light hydration and barrier care, and I will continue using it at night.

The cream isn't very thick. When it comes into contact with my body heat, it seems to melt and become runny. However, I am in a very hot and humid area, so that could also be a factor. I do feel like it tends to stay on top of my skin on very hot days, but on warmer days, it seems to be absorbed better and faster.My skin does feel hydrated overnight, and I haven't run into any dryness issues so far. However, it hasn't been long since I've used this, so I haven't seen any further benefits yet.

This ceramide cream feels gentle and lightweight, there is no fragrance. It doesn't feel greasy or oily, my face just feels moisturized and relaxed. I actually did a side by side comparison with Aestura's barrier cream, I think this is just as good. I know that is quite a popular one that most people will mention + brand recognition but I honestly think this one by Tosowoong is great as well. This one doesn't have the cooling effect because it isn't a gel consistency but if you don't need to cool down your skin temperature give this one a try. Honestly comparing the two I ended up liking this one a bit more because it has a "better" fragrance free smell, at least to me, so I found myself reaching for this one more. I know they aren't as fancy of a brand in comparison since it isn't backed by a huge skincare conglomerate but give their products a chance, it is good.
