This is the first time I've tried a peel-off mask and I really love the results! This product has a gel-like texture that's light blue and sticky when you first squeeze it out, but it applies clear and dries to the touch quickly - within just a minute or two. It doesn't say how much to put on, so I've been using about the size of a quarter and spread it evenly across my face. You can feel it tightening as it dries, but it's not restrictive at all. You can still talk, eat, and move your face normally.The instructions say to let it absorb and form a film and then peel it off, which happens pretty quickly. But I left it on a bit longer, like you would with most masks - maybe 10-15 minutes. While it's on, it looks very shiny and glassy on your skin.It peels off like a sunburn, without the pain of course. It doesn't come off all in one piece. Some larger areas like the cheeks peel off whole, but for the most part it comes off in lots of small sections. Since it dries clear and the skin underneath looks shiny and hydrated when you peel it off, it can be a little tricky to make sure you get it all. I just gently roll my fingers on my skin to find any leftover bits. I don't think it will hurt if there's any leftover anyway, but you might find little pieces fall off later that can look like dead skin. You might not want to do this mask right before going somewhere. Obviously, you don't want to wash it off your face right afterwards.The results left my skin feeling soft, glassy, soothed, and nourished. I plan on incorporating this peel mask into my routine 1-2 times a week for an extra boost of hydration. Plus, it's less restrictive to wear compared to a sheet mask and there's no waste!I love this brand and how well all of their products are formulated. I have mature, sensitive, acne-prone skin and I've had nothing but positive experiences with all the products I've tried from Tosowoong - which is probably a dozen or so! I love that they're forthcoming about their ingredients and put them right in the product listing. The ingredients on the product I received match what's in the listing.The only disappointing thing about this particular product is that it includes added "Fragrance." It's surprising to me because this might be the first product from this brand that's had added fragrance. It's also surprising because I don't smell much of anything - maybe a very, very faint scent. I'm usually picky about fragrance, so I'm glad this one doesn't have a smell that will deter me from using it. I just wish the added fragrance wasn't included at all. It's a bummer because this formula is really packed with lots of skin-loving ingredients otherwise.I received this product in March 2026 and it expires in December 2028. I don't see any shelf-life indicator. Made in Korea. Despite the added Fragrance, this is still 5 stars for delivering impressive hydration and a beautiful glassy finish. It's also at a reasonable price point that's within my budget which is great because I would definitely consider reordering it.

If you have dry skin, this mask is a great option! It's easy to use and packed with good ingredients, including 10 different types of hyaluronic acid, which I didn't even know existed! The formula feels super cooling and comforting, and it's easy to peel off once dry. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend this product so you can enjoy peel-off masks without irritation.

This one is easy to apply with the help of said spatula, and spreads well without starting to dry before I'm finished spreading. I think it has a quicker dry time than some of the more gel-textured peel-off masks, which makes it great for when I'm short on time or energy. It peels off easily, only leaving a very few stragglers near my hairline and jawline, and leaves my skin looking hydrated and glowy but not greasy or "wet." This works well on days when I wake up and feel and look a bit dried out. I have not tested this overnight because I think the slightly less-clingy texture may cause it to peel off in bits as I move in my sleep, but it works so well with just a short time that I don't feel the need to leave it on longer.I haven't had any skin irritation using this. My only reason for removing a star is the fragrance. I prefer fragrance-free and even like some fragrances if they are not really sharp or really sweet florals. This, unfortunately, is a floral that likes to linger around even after the mask dries and is removed. Most of the Tosowoong products I have are fragrance-free, so this one is a bit of an outlier.Overall, I really like what this does for my skin, and just save it for days when I'm less bothered by scents. If this were fragrance-free, I'd want to give it six stars! If you don't mind a floral fragrance and want a quick, hydrating, and plumping peel-off, this may be a winner.
