    Superb Tea

    Herbal cold care tea:Superb tea from a reputable independent company that's been around since 1974. It is not a miracle by any means, but it helps. Plenty of information is provided to help you pick which tea is right for you. I enjoy that the ingredients are organic. There are also recipes which are healthy and interesting. This tea is not budget-friendly, afterall you only get 16 tea bags in this box, but considering that the ingredients are organic, picked specifically for cold symptoms, and is in fact quite effective (within reason), I actually think that ultimately the price is worth it. This tea helps with my sinus congestion quite a lot. Chiefly for this time of year. The taste is soothing, a little minty, but also a tad bit spicy. Even though, there are a few superb teas to choose from, I find that this herbal cold care tea is a staple must have. Immensely educational for those like myself interested in how these herbs/teas work and are of benefit. I appreciate to utilize raw honey with it for a little added sweetness and extra immune punch. I favor that if you go to the Traditional medicinals website you have options to read and learn from the herb library as well as watch and learn from videos from the plant collective.

    Helps with bloating!

    The article itself is fantastic. My plan is two cups a day until I reach the 3rd trimester, then I'll up it to 3. They are individually wrapped and each tea bag has an affirmation on the tag. One in the morning and one in the evening. In the meantime, I'm sipping this yummy tea with my fingers crossed! I'll come rear and edit to add how it works once I've brought. It's not hard to drink, as a matter of fact I find it pretty delicious, but I'm an avid tea lover anyway. The boxes were a little mashed up, but the article inside was still fine. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and I have 2 cups a day.

    Tea

    This is literally the BEST tea on the market for a sore throat! Must drink a few times a day by adding honey (I work with Manuka) but it genuinely does help soothe a sore throat!
