    The best nighttime and aid in digestion

    I stumbled on hibiscus tea and can't remember how, but am pleased I did. It isn't quite as sturdy a flavor as the previous company I bought, which was in loose leaves, and I liked the stronger taste. It's a rather red color in a glass of iced tea and fine hot in a tea cup. It's in tea bags and one bag will make a couple of cups of hot tea. the taste is pleasant though for some people, it may be a bit too tangy (just add a sweetner, but it's fine without.) The thing that has been excellent is that it has done what I read it would, which is lower my blood pressure. But safety counts, and so far, this seems fine. I have blood and eye pressure tested often plenty that I can tell that both numbers go higher if I haven't had my hibiscus tea recently.I did a lot of research on this brand of hibiscus tea after I read that numerous brands are contaminated (rat droppings!) This brand was considered free of that kind of thing.

    Top Organic Licorice Tea
