Gypsy Cold Care is a comforting herbal tea indicated for temporary relief from stuffy nose and sinus passages. The active ingredient, menthol from peppermint leaf, Enhances decongest sinus passages and restores freer breathing through the nose. Gypsy Cold Care is formulated to act as a nasal decongestant based on the traditional use of peppermint leaf to temporarily relieve nasal congestion due to the common cold. The herbs in this blend have a long history of human use stemming from traditional Greco-European herbal medicine. Today, peppermint is a widely used ingredient in food and medicine. Gypsy Cold Cares nasal decongestant action is attributed to its natural menthol content. Peppermint leaf contains volatile oils composed primarily of menthol, its main active constituent. Menthol acts as a secretolytic, breaking down secretions in the bronchi, and as a decongestant in the nose. Oral ingestion and inhalation of menthol Enhances to relieve nasal and chest congestion.

    Marvelous product, great flavor, helps when I'm sick

    I loved this tea, I added fruits and utilized honey as a sweetener rather than sugar, and left it overnight to chill, it's incredible! I'm 33 weeks pregnant at the moment also. I'll drink it once a week and gradually increase over the weeks.

    The tea to have during cold season

    I don't review a lot but this tea had to have to be praised. I didn't fully trust it wasn't just a fluke. I don't know that it will be as efficacious for every woman, but it's surely worth a try! It was almost unbearably painful for multiple days a month. After the second month there was an even greater improvement in the duration and severity of the cramps. I do not eat a particular diet, and my body composition has not changed in the last three months. Now at the third month, I had barely any noticeable cramping and what there is I find more than tolerable.I have not changed my eating or exercise habits, my lifestyle has not changed except for the addition of this tea to my morning black tea. I'm a believer--raspberry leaf tea is a life changer. I added drinking this tea, (blended with one of my favorite spiced black teas to make it more palatable) every morning. Just one bag every weekday morning.After the first month there gave the impression like a noticeable improvement in the severity of my cramps. I bought online it out of desperation suffering from horrible monthly cramping.

    It works!

    I love warm Spearmint tea and it is the only hot tea I can drink. I will have a cup just because it has such a excellent taste, but it is my go-to for an annoyed stomach....helps to settle it every time.
