Description
The Tune Up Fitness Coregeous Ball is a specialized 7.5 inch inflatable therapy ball designed to safely navigate and release your deepest abdominal layers, psoas muscles, and lower back. Created by bodywork expert Jill Miller, this uniquely soft and stretchy sponge ball acts like the broad, flat pressure of a human hand, ensuring a gentle yet profound self-myofascial release.
It is specifically crafted for wellness enthusiasts, athletes, individuals suffering from chronic lower back tension, and anyone looking to overcome everyday stress. By providing targeted compression to the belly and diaphragm, it effectively stimulates the vagus nerve to promote deep relaxation, improve diaphragmatic breathing patterns, and encourage better sleep quality.
Regular use helps melt away visceral tension, aids in digestive relief by alleviating bloating, and accelerates muscle recovery times. Lightweight, completely deflatable, and highly portable, it allows you to maintain your mobility and pain relief routine whether you are at home, in the gym, or traveling across India.

FAQs
What is the Coregeous Ball used for?
The Coregeous Ball is primarily used for abdominal massage, deep core psoas release, and lower back tension relief. Its soft, grippy texture helps stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps lower stress levels and improve diaphragmatic breathing.
Is Coregeous good for back pain?
Yes, it is excellent for lower back pain. Tightness in the abdominal wall and the psoas muscle often pulls on the lumbar spine, and releasing these front core muscles directly helps relieve back tension.
What are the benefits of Coregeous?
The key benefits include targeted myofascial release, improved core mobility, accelerated muscle recovery, and reduced bloating through visceral stimulation. It also aids relaxation by encouraging deeper breathing.
