How to use
- Start with the wider-toothed 9-tooth side to carefully work through any tangled or matted sections, supporting the fur near the skin to avoid pulling.
- Once the major mats are completely cleared, flip the tool to the denser 17-tooth side.
- Use smooth, gentle strokes to rake through the top coat and remove loose undercoat fur.
- Always comb in the direction of hair growth.

FAQs
What is the best dematting comb for dogs?
A dual-sided stainless steel undercoat rake like the Txibi Pet Pro is highly recommended. It features a wide-tooth side to break up tough knots and a fine-tooth side for thinning out loose fur without scratching the pet's skin.
Are deshedding combs good for cats?
Yes, deshedding combs are excellent for medium and long-haired cats. They safely remove trapped undercoat fur before it can form severe hairballs or mats, keeping the feline coat sleek and healthy.
Is a dematting brush the same as a deshedding brush?
Not exactly, but this two-in-one tool combines both functions. The dematting side cuts through tough knots and tangles, while the deshedding side focuses on raking out the loose, dead undercoat fur.
Is this Txibi Pet Pro grooming brush an authentic imported product in India?
Yes, this is an authentic USA-imported product. Dropy India sources directly from trusted brands in the USA to guarantee genuine quality for your pets.
Does this undercoat rake work on short-haired pets?
This tool is specifically designed for medium, long, thick, or double-coated pets. It is highly effective for breeds with dense fur but is not ideal for very short-haired animals.
