    Great way to recover after working hard

    My first run in with BCAAs in the wild was in an enhanced hydration drink from a popular energy company. Ever since then I've kept an eye out for similar products because I really enjoyed the way I felt recovered after consumption. This is a great way to get BCAAs without trying to find a drink that has a bunch of other ingredients and sugars I don't need to take. I work hard, so this and some other recovery focused supplements keep me feeling better than I have in a while. I just don't feel as sore, as beat up after a hard day when I'm taking stuff like this and I can push myself a bit further when needed.Before I even ran into this, I knew what BCAAs were but they were always mixed in another drink and I'm thrilled to see them as a separate supplement. Great value, simple product, designed by someone who has diabetes(according to the label) and works well.
