  Good quality, uncomplicated supplement

  This is a 1lb jar of powder with a small scoop, which has 299 doses of betaine anhydrous in it. That's a good value right there. I personally add it to my smoothies as I feel it helps me with hydration (something I struggle with.) However it has many known benefits, especially for more athletic people.The scoop is 1.5g (1500mg), and the powder has a crystalline look to it, which mixes into my smoothies without taste or texture. There are only 2 ingredients, betaine anhydrous and calcium silicate. Calcium silicate is generally included to prevent clumping in powders. It is listed under "other ingredients." I like simple products with few ingredients so I'm glad for this powder being uncomplicated, and coming with 299 doses.The brand TypeZero has a nice social presence and a fully fledged website. I like very much that they make it easy for people to post to them and contact them. There's even a note from the founder on the jar saying that he stands behind his products. In an era of so many fly-by-night supplements, this kind of thing stands out to me and I appreciate it. I even like their slogan: PREMIUM INGREDIENTS. BIG RESULTS. NO B.S. That's exactly what I'm looking for in my supplements.

  Love this long supplying supplement!

  First thing I'd like to say is that I love the LONG supply this supplement provides you with, which is a total of 299 days. It comes with a small scoop that equates to 1.5g of betaine anhydrous and it's been easy to use the scoop as well. I have noticed I can't get the scoop to fill up to the top, it's always just barely full but it could just how it's designed. I've been taking it almost every day for a few weeks now and I have had no issues with it, especially since it's my first time ever taking something like this.The powder itself is white, and it pours really easily which mixes well with any drinks like smoothies, etc. The powder doesn't taste like anything to me, so it's been really easy to take it when I need it which is almost daily. I take it with my breakfast smoothie, and it mixes well with the liquid so no clumping at all. I definitely intend to finish the remaining supply to see how well this supplement works for me over the long year.

  good quality

  I have tried a few other butane powders but this one I do really like I do not like the smell. It definitely smells like fish, but other than that it doesn't give me any problem when I take it and it seems to be doing the job in my pre-workout that I make so I would definitely recommend this as good quality. I don't taste anything, but I also add an electrolyte powder so that probably gets rid of the flavor it might have but for me I don't taste anything with how I make i so I would recommend it.

  Excellent Value, Increased Energy

  I'm not the workout or strength training type, so trying this product is more tied to general well being, seeking increased energy and strength from what I normally do, and overall improved feeling of self.This product has seemed to deliver on that - I've felt an increase of energy and capability in the time I've been taking it, I feel like I've been able to handle end of season lawncare with less fatigue than I felt previously, and I haven't noticed any issues digesting or the product negatively affecting me at all.The value for serving quantity is excellent, the packaging was well sealed and the included scoop wasn't buried deep in the powder to find it.
