The serving size is just one capsule, and each capsule contains 650 mg's of white kidney bean, but not just simple white kidney bean, this is an extract, a 10 to 1 ratio, extract, which is far superior to the non extract forms, from what I understand. They key from what I gather, is to take this supplement before eating a significant meal, and this should result in a certain blocking actions as far as carbohydrate uptake, but do your own research, there's plenty of good information on the subject if you take the time to look into it. This is a high quality, well formulated, white kidney bean extract formula, that provides an ideal dosage per 1 capsule serving. And it's made in the USA, which is very important to me.
