FAQs
What is a colostrum substitute for kittens?
Under the Weather Kitten Milk Replacer serves as an excellent option because it is fortified with real bovine colostrum. This provides the crucial antibodies and immune system support that newborn or orphaned kittens typically receive from their mother's first milk.
Which is the best kitten milk replacer?
A high-quality formula like Under the Weather is ideal because it utilizes a goat milk base. Goat milk is naturally closer to feline milk, making it highly digestible and much gentler on a kitten's sensitive digestive tract compared to standard cow's milk options.
How to use kitten milk replacer powder?
Whisk or shake one part powder into two parts warm water until completely smooth and free of lumps. Test the temperature on your wrist before bottle-feeding the kittens, or mix the dry powder directly into regular food for weaning and adult cats.
