solid pan for weekly baking
use this pretty much every week before heading out or on weekends when i bake apple pies for the family. the aluminized steel feels heavy and doesn't bend in the hot oven at all. only giving 4 stars because you have to hand wash it carefully so the non-stick coating stays fine.
