FAQs
What is the primary function of a hydraulic oil drain hose?
A hydraulic oil drain hose provides a secure, controlled pathway to safely channel hot oil and fluid from an engine or industrial reservoir into a waste container. This prevents hazardous spills, skin contact, and workplace contamination during routing maintenance cycles.
Can this extended drain tube assembly handle hot motor oil?
Yes, this assembly is manufactured utilizing high temperature resistant industrial grade PVC piping. It is specifically engineered to safely withstand and channel hot engine oil and hydraulic fluids directly after operation without compromising the structural integrity of the hose.
Does this 40 inch drain hose include the quick twist valve?
No, this product consists strictly of the 40 inch replacement fluid drain tube assembly with its attached connection fitting. The complementary quick twist fluid drainage valve is sold separately and must be matched to your specific vehicle thread size.
Is this ValvoMax fluid management hose available as an authentic USA import in India?
Yes, this product is an authentic USA imported item. Dropy India sources these genuine fluid management support components directly from trusted suppliers in the United States to ensure premium build quality and reliable performance for Indian buyers.
How do I maintain and clean the transparent drain hose after use?
After completing your oil drainage, allow the remaining residue to fully clear out into your waste container. Wipe down the stainless steel quick fitting with a clean shop rag, check the internal seals for wear, and store the hose flat or loosely coiled to prevent permanent kinking.
