How to use
- Strip the outer jacket of the Cat6 or Cat5e network cable.
- Untwist and straighten the individual wire pairs, arranging them according to the T568A or T568B standard wiring sequence.
- Insert the wires into the pass-through connector until they extend completely out of the front end.
- Verify the sequence color order visually.
- Insert the loaded connector into a compatible pass-through RJ45 crimping tool and squeeze firmly to crimp the contacts and trim away the excess wire simultaneously.

While a dedicated pass-through crimping tool is highly recommended because it automatically trims the excess wires during the crimping process, you can technically use a standard crimping tool. However, if you use a standard tool, you will need to manually flush-cut the wires extending from the front of the connector very cleanly before inserting and crimping it.
What cable wire gauge sizes do these modular plugs support?

This includes both solid copper and stranded copper wires, provided the outer diameter of the insulated core falls within the range of zero point nine three millimeters to one point zero four millimeters.
