Wonderful
This product is a product I picked up for fasting days. Specifically to add to my coffee as it's a highly recommended product for people on keto or who fast who need a boost of energy and for some it almost acts like a little bit of a creamer. For me I got this for both those reasons. For weight loss I do a fasting regimen now a couple of times a week max. I use to do a dirty fast but I know that cheating doesn't give you the best results and so I'm so glad I found this item to try. It kinda makes my coffee feel a little more smooth and it doesn't have a taste or smell that interferes with anything. In fact I don't really notice a smell at all or a taste really. It blends in with my coffee so well that it make it just taste a little smoother is the best way I can describe it. I do not know how well it's working with my energy levels. I do not have much of a difference in those... I am working on a better sleep schedule as of now so I am attempting to prioritize that but this was something I was hoping to help. For now it is a bit up in the air.I haven't had it long, been about a month now. Sp I don't use it enough to see huge differences yet. Soon I will be doing a omad diet again and so I will be trying to daily fast for a period of time and that's when I think this will shine a bit more. It does seem to help with appetite suppression actually.I would say because of the appetite suppression and the fact that it really melts into my coffee I would say it does work so it is showing some effectiveness. For that I would say it is also quality, especially because of how well it goes into my coffee. That was my most hopeful factor and it does work for that! So far I'm pleasantly surprised. Cost wise it's not too bad... It's a great product for keto and fasting so it's definitely a good value in my book. Plus you don't need a ton of it... Think like a tablespoon in a cup of coffee maybe two depending on how much you want to add into your diet and how much you may need for your coffee.
