Product details

The Viltrox 20mm f2.8 FE is an ultra-compact and remarkably lightweight wide-angle prime lens designed specifically for Sony E-mount full-frame and APS-C mirrorless cameras. Weighing just 157 grams, this sleek marvel is engineered for creators who need high mobility without sacrificing image quality, making it an excellent companion for travel photography, street shooting, landscape capture, and daily vlogging.

Its advanced optical structure consists of ten elements in eight groups, featuring two Extra-low Dispersion lenses, one high refractive index lens, and two aspherical lenses to ensure crisp, clear, and virtually distortion-free imagery across the entire frame. Equipped with a quiet STM stepping motor unit, the lens delivers fast, near-silent autofocus tracking that supports advanced eye and face recognition, while minimizing focus breathing during video production.

A minimum focusing distance of 0.19 meters allows for dynamic wide-angle close-up shots with smooth background blur, adding incredible versatility to your creative toolkit. Whether you are navigating bustling Indian city streets or capturing expansive natural vistas, this lens offers a lightweight, high-performance solution that easily fits into any camera setup.

  1. Align the mounting index mark on the Viltrox lens with the corresponding mark on your Sony E-mount camera body.
  2. Insert the lens into the mount and rotate it clockwise until it clicks securely into place.
  3. Remove the front lens cap before shooting, and use the included lens hood to prevent flare when shooting in bright, direct sunlight.

Not applicable for optical camera lenses. This product is constructed with high-grade optical glass elements, specialized multi-coatings, and a durable engineered composite body featuring an integrated USB-C port for firmware updates.
