Product details

The Viltrox AF 25mm F1.7 E Mount Lens is an exceptional, ultra-lightweight prime lens meticulously engineered for Sony APS-C mirrorless camera bodies. Delivering a highly versatile 38mm full-frame equivalent focal length, it mirrors the natural perspective of the human eye, making it the perfect everyday carry companion for street photography, environmental portraits, daily vlogging, and cinematic filmmaking.

The fast, bright f/1.7 maximum aperture ensures stellar performance in low-light environments and yields an elegant, soft background blur that separates your subject beautifully. On the inside, an advanced optical formula featuring twelve elements in ten groups integrates high refractive, extra-low dispersion, and aspherical elements to eliminate chromatic aberrations and distortion, ensuring razor-sharp images from edge to edge.

Designed for modern content creators, this 'Air' series lens features a lead-screw type stepping motor for rapid, near-silent autofocus tracking and exhibits remarkably low focus breathing to maintain rock-steady framing during video transitions. Complete with a dedicated USB-C firmware upgrade port and a protective extended lens hood, this imported lens brings premium optical capabilities directly to your camera gear collection.

  1. Align the mounting index mount marker on the lens with the corresponding marker on your Sony E-mount camera body.
  2. Rotate the lens clockwise until it securely clicks into place.
  3. Ensure the camera body is powered off during installation.
