    It works buy it

    I was hesitating to buy the product mostly because I've bought appetite suppressants before and i've had terrible side effects and they did not work despite the good reviews so with this product it was on sale and i took a gamble so far I've lost about nine pounds since i started my appetite is a lot less hardly want to eat like before am not snacking i did take three pills sometimes but then my appetite was very little so i went back to the two pills per day and i was surprised that i felt no side effects at all…I am on my second bottle and very pleased with the product

Fucoxanthin has also been suggested to have anti-inflammatory and liver benefits. You are to take one capsule with no smell or taste twice daily. You get a bottle containing 60, so one bottle will last a month. People respond differently to supplements, so check with your doctor before taking them.
