    Great supplement

    Dosages of 3g per day of HMB have been demonstrated to increase muscle mass and reduce muscle damage. That's exactly how much HMB you get per serving of this. I take 2 capsules preworkout and 2 postworkout. I found them easy to swallow with no unwanted side effects. I feel confident in the quality since this is 3rd party tested and GMP certified. I do wish they maybe put a bit less vitamin D in this since I get plenty of that from other sources.

    HMB+Vitamin d3

    My doctor recommend to take some.supplements and more D3. I thought trying these while I do some exercise and get back into shape. These look promising after doing some research. The pills are fairly large in gel caps. I have taken a few and in the last few days haven't really noticed anything significant changes or side effects.

    Proper HMB dosage

    All of the peer-reviewed research that I have found regarding HMB and muscle recovery and muscle loss prevention recommend 3000mg, or the studies were based on 3000mg a day. This is the first HMB supplement I've encountered that has built their serving size around this number. This also comes with Vitamin D3, which I typically try to keep up with in the colder months. The serving size of 4 capsules is not the most ideal, but this helps me keep up with the regimen that I am trying to follow.
