    Probiotic For All

    This probiotic is not just for women but also for men. There are six strains of Lactobacilli in this supplement. One of the strains (Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GR-1) has been widely studied for women's health. But this strain is also good for general health. The formulation and delivery design of this supplement is good. The caps are made of (as per the online description and bottle label) stomach-acid-resistant cellulose and can reach the intestines safely where the probiotics are needed. The capsules are easy to swallow. I take these before meals with water. I like that the capsules are manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-certified facility plus it is 3rd-party tested. We like this probiotic. Good stuff!

    Great value, does the job

    On my second bottle. My Dr told me to take lactobacillus crispatus to increase my good bacteria and I looked everywhere with something that had a good amount of crispatus. I finally found it. The pill is not too big, it's a great price and helped my digestion. These work so good! I absolutely love them.
