    They work really well!

    The capsules were a little hard to swallow at first. Rather than taking 2 at a time, I opted to take them one by one 30 minutes before sleeping as indicated. They seem to have been working quite well because I can sleep through the night just fine without waking up every other hour as before. What I love is that there is no unpleasant after taste whatsoever. If you're looking for vitamins to try as a sleep aid, I highly recommend you try these out. Great value and cost efficient.

    Excellent Supplement

    I love the blend if ingredients, the magnesium complex with the melatonin is a very calming blend. I don't taste or smell anything when I take the 2 capsules, as directed on the bottle, and the are easy to swallow. They are helping me to sleep each night. I wake up rested without any groggy feeling. I also like that these are gluten, soy, and dairy free. The bottom of the bottle indicates that these were created on 9/9/2024 and expire on 8/2026. I will keep taking these. Thank you!

    Nice bend of ingredients

    Magnesium Sleep Aid - Magnesium Complex Supplement & Melatonin - Magnesium Glyncinate 500mg, Magnesium L-Theanine - 120 Capsules I like that the magnesium has added melatonin. I am hopeful this supplement will help me rest better. I have been taking this for a short time but I do feel a difference in getting a more restful sleep. The capsules are smaller than regular size and should be easy for most to take. I would order this supplement again.
