Unlike traditional collagen peptides, this unflavored gelatin powder dissolves effortlessly in hot liquids and naturally blooms and gels in cold temperatures, making it a culinary chameleon for healthy cooking and baking applications.

Ideal for fitness enthusiasts, Paleo followers, and anyone looking to enhance their daily dietary routine, it provides 20 grams of protein per serving without added sugars, dairy, or gluten. 1. To bloom and dissolve, combine 1 to 2 scoops of beef gelatin powder with a small amount of cold liquid and let sit for 1 minute.
  2. Once bloomed, stir into hot liquids, soups, or recipes until fully dissolved.
  3. For cold recipes like gummies or gelatin desserts, allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. Can also be blended directly into hot coffee, tea, or warm broths.

    Great brand!

This stuff works great! I bought it to make my son some homemade honey and dandelion gummies to help support his liver. This had no flavor as stated. It was slightly difficult to get it to dissolve the first time but don't give up... there is a method!

Outstanding gelatin powder - incredible quality and benefits!

This Vital Proteins beef gelatin is absolutely fantastic! The grass-fed sourcing gives me complete confidence in the quality, and the results speak for themselves. My joint health has improved noticeably since adding this to my daily routine, and my skin looks more radiant than it has in years. The powder dissolves beautifully in hot liquids without any clumping or grittiness. I love adding it to my morning coffee, soups, or homemade bone broth. It's completely flavorless, so it doesn't alter the taste of whatever you're making - just pure nutritional benefits. What impressed me most is the versatility - perfect for making homemade gummies, marshmallows, or jello treats for the family. The gel strength is excellent and creates perfect texture every time. The 16.4 oz container lasts a long time even with daily use.The collagen and protein benefits are incredible for supporting healthy hair, skin, nails, and joints. I feel like I'm aging more gracefully since incorporating this into my wellness routine. The grass-fed quality makes such a difference compared to conventional options.Perfect for anyone wanting natural joint support and beauty benefits from within. Clean ingredients, outstanding quality, and versatile usage make this a must-have supplement.Essential for natural health and beauty - highly recommend!

Grass fed pasture-raised and does the job 👍

I've been using this gelatin for years. It dissolves well in warm liquids and sets beautifully for homemade gummies, jellies, and even mousse cakes. The texture comes out smooth and clean, not rubbery like some cheaper brands.I also like that it's made from grass-fed, pasture-raised beef, so I feel good about the quality. I use it to support my skin, hair, and joints, and it seems to help my digestion too. The powder is completely unflavored, so it mixes easily into anything.Definitely worth the price for a pure, high-quality gelatin powder. I'll keep buying this one!

    Good!

I've bought this product in Nov 2021, bcos my friend recommended it as my hair started to be thinner and start to fall down due to menopause ..... and now 4 months later (March 2022) I can REALLY see some improvement - I have a lot of "baby hair" growing, and also my nails are much stronger than before !!!I'm using this powder literally every day in my coffee (which I drink 2-3 times daily!) : half teaspoon of powder dissolved with 2-3 teaspoons of water in a cup (300 ml) and then poor into it hot coffee .... there is no any strange aftertaste, powder cannot be noticed and is not changing the taste of coffee, neither is coffee thick.I never ever had any health problems (like diarrhea or anything similar) what some users mentioned herer in reviews after taking this product.Right now I will order it again, bcos I almost finished first box.

FAQs

What is beef gelatin used for?

Beef gelatin is commonly used as a natural thickening and gelling agent in cooking and baking recipes such as marshmallows, puddings, fruit gummies, soups, and bone broths. It also provides amino acids that support joint, hair, skin, and nail health.

Is beef gelatin powder the same as collagen powder?
