    Full-Body Health!

    Combining good ol' trusted magnesium with probiotics, this supplement aims to please and seems to be directed at gut health, which I quite do need. While magnesium has its benefits for the heart, blood, muscles, brain, and more, it has the added bonus of regulating the pipes.PROS:+ Smooth Moves Ahead: After passing my 60s, I've been a bit backed up regardless of how many veggies and whole grains my better half encourages me to eat. After she suggested magnesium and probiotics, I gave this supplement a try and was pleasantly surprised. While the magnesium helped me loosen up the backcountry in only one day, I feel the probiotics are there to keep me regular. I would enturely say I go regularly after I finished the bottle.+ Full Body Health: My doctor also encourages mangesium for my aging and mentioned benfits for heart, cells, brain, belly, bones, and more, but my men's multi doesn't seem to have quite enough. This add-on supplement is a game changer as it introduces a hefty dose of magnesiums across the absorption spectrum with the addition of probiotics.+ No Stomach Upset: While some folks may be on the sensitive side to magensium, this one's been pretty gentle on me. I take this fellow with a hearty meal with the 2 capsule dose, or with smaller meals spit morning and evening. So far, I've gotten no funky burps, gas, acidity, or nausea. It's good stuff!CONS:- Loosens Stools: Magnesium regulates the bowels, pure and simple. It can take a week or so for the body to regulate, so while it does, try splitting the dose between two hearty meals to ease the loosening effect. If you take both capsules at once and are unaccustomed to magnesium, yes, you will get the trots.

    Hopefully helps with my RLS

    I got these Vitalitown supplements with Magnesium and probiotics to hopefully help with restless legs syndrome (RLS) symptoms. I am still new to supplements in general. I am trying to do better now that I am 45ish. I have been taking this Magnesium for capsules about a month now. There are 60 (vegan) capsules per bottle. I have mostly consistent taking 2 of the capsules per day.It is difficult to know for sure if the Magnesium supplement is working/helping with my RLS and sleep, but at least it does not seem to cause any problems. With that said, over the last week or so I do actually think it may have helped some with RLS and my sleep. They also have probiotics, but I did not get them specifically for that. Again, it is difficult to tell if it is helping with my digestion and things. They do not upset my stomach.I got these in May 2026 and the expiration date is September 2028 for my bottle.I am giving these Magnesium with probiotics supplements by Vitalitown 4 stars. They are meeting my expectations based on the product description and pictures.
