Powerful Combination at 300mg of Benfotiamine and Thiamin per 2 capsules.
These Benfotamine capsules are coupled with B1 Thiamin. The capsules by Vitamatic have a generous amount of Benfotamine and Thiamin at 300mg each per 2 capsules suggested serving. After seeing that the amount of B1 Thiamin was way above the daily requirement, I did a little research, and I couldn't find any negative information about taking 300mg a day. I haven't had any problems taking these. My body seems to tolerate them well without any gastro difficulties or side effects.The capsules are easy for me to swallow, tasteless, and flavorless. Each capsule was securely closed, and there wasn't any residue or powder in the bottle. The Vitamatic Benfotimine includes a child-resistant lid that I appreciate. It also had a secure tamper resistent seal over the top of the bottle inside the lid. The expiration date is 3 years from the time I received them, and at 2 a day, the bottle gives me a 2-month supply. Currently, I'm taking 2 a day, but as powerful as these are, I'm going to drop down to 1 capsule a day after a month.The bottle has several impressive emblems. Made in the USA, NON-GMO and GMP certified facility. As well as No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. All this makes me feel good about using this product.

Beside that same weird taste that all vitamins seem to have, these have worked wonderfully. Having had bloodwork done both before and after use, I can say for certain that I was an improvement in my levels. The smell is about as rough as the taste, but the size of the pills are very easy to swallow. I can't attest to the increased energy that vitamin B is meant to instill due to my general lethargy from other medications, but based on the quality overall I can only imagine it works wonderfully.

This stuff really does work. I got it for the pain and neuropathy in my feet. After a week of taking this the pain had stopped then another week and the numbness has cut in half or more. No stomach issues from taking it. Vitamatic always has the best price on their vitamins.
